Meet Alice Bautista

My name is Alice Bautista, and I’m a licensed real estate agent dedicated to helping my clients find a place they’re proud to call home.

I was born in Michigan and later moved to the Tampa Bay Area, where I have lived ever since. Growing up, I enjoyed creative hobbies such as art, pottery, and painting, as well as listening to music. I also love trying new things, especially experiencing different cultures through their food and discovering the unique tastes and flavors they have to offer.

I chose a career in real estate because I enjoy the dynamic growth of the industry and, most importantly, connecting with people. I believe every person and every family has different preferences, goals, and needs. Getting to know my clients allows me to provide a more personalized experience and help guide them toward a home that truly fits their lifestyle.

One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is that no two clients or transactions are exactly alike. The market is constantly changing and growing, and I believe that growth brings out the best in people and creates opportunities to learn and improve.
